Every attempt has been made to ensure that the jewellery displayed on this website and on Facebook, Instagram and Etsy is as accurate as possible, however some products may appear larger or smaller than their true size and since every computer monitor is different, variations in colour may occur.
All jewellery displayed is handcrafted to order and consequently variations in the exact appearance of the jewellery will inevitably occur.
The product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products.


On making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
All prices listed on this website and on Facebook, Instagram and Etsy are shown in UK pounds sterling. Prices are correct at the time of publishing; however it may be necessary to update prices from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Payment must be made in full before orders can be released; goods remain the property of The Silver Workshop until payment is received in full. Items will be sent via secure mail and will require a signature. Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, I recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.
The Silver Workshop may offer promotional codes to regular customers from time to time. Please note that only one promotional code can be used at any one time.


All items on this website and on Facebook, Instagram and Etsy are available on a made to order basis.
All jewellery is supplied in a bespoke customised jewellery box and is posted in a sturdy posting box to keep it safe. Postage and Packaging costs £5.50 for UK “2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For” a faster services can be arranged by prior arrangement. Worldwide postage is quoted for individually.

Bespoke Commissions

All commissions placed electronically or by phone require payment in full prior to work starting and payment is non-refundable.  Designs for SticKidz may need to be adapted to accommodate the limitations of the materials used. The drawing will be interpreted at my discretion however I will endeavor to remain true to the character and essence of the drawing.

Lead Time

All items from The Silver Workshop are hand-crafted and made to order. Lead times vary depending on demand but are approximately 2 weeks, but can be much longer during busy times. Lead time will be confirmed when you order. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date. If more than one item is ordered they will all be shipped together unless you request otherwise.


I now offer a gift wrapping service and your order can be dispatched to a different address on request. If you would like a personalised gift tag please add wording to your order.  This service may incur an additional fee, please request more details when ordering.


I want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

· You must contact The Silver Workshop within 7 days of receipt of the goods via e-mail

· All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt

· The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by The Silver Workshop

· All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk, therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items

· All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
